Khizra Academy actively collaborates with other educational institutions and organisations, operating as part of the UK Islamic Mission. Notably, we
received the Best Education Excellence Award in the UK under the UKIM in 2014 and 2015. We aspire to see your children flourish at our centre,
not only academically but also in extracurricular activities. Our commitment to holistic development is reflected in regular competitions, a comprehensive list of extracurricular activities, and the initiation of a homework club led by qualified local teachers.
Our curriculum covers Islamic studies, Quran with Tajweed, Hifz, and Arabic. We emphasize not only the completion of the Quran but also understanding and implementing its teachings. Regular assessments, complete with progress reports, keep parents informed about their children’s development.
As a supplementary school with over 35 years of experience in the Cheetham Hill area of Manchester, we are dedicated to creating a positive and nurturing environment for your child’s educational journey. Khizra Academy Timings:
Weekdays (Monday – Friday): 4:45 pm – 6:45 pm
Weekends: 11:30 am – 1:30 pm
We welcome children aged 5-16 years, with an opportunity to join our youth teams afterward. Intake occurs in July each year, and additional nursery intake for weekend children is in January. The deadline for submitting applications for entry to the school is May 31st and November 30th, respectively.
